The evolution of UMNIK program
The article presents information about the development of the program “UMNIK”, which is the most popular of the programs implemented by Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises. The distinctive features of the program are given, information about organizational forms of its realization and methods of stimulation of talented youth to commercialization of the ideas is stated. Examples of the program activities in the regions are given. The article also contains the achievements of the program.... for the previous period and the feedback of its participants
