The area of joint creativity
The article presents data on new forms of the development, concerning the technological projects under the «START» and «UMNIK» programs of the Fund. The work of the Fund’s programs is deepened in the innovative environment, localized on several key areas in Saint-Petersburg. The aim of formation of such areas is not only to unite the intellectual resources of the region, but also to involve various categories of citizens (businessmen, scientists, students, postgraduates) into the collective work in order to evolve both innovative eco-systems and modern society in Saint-Petersburg
