Analysis of the development of the syndicated deals involving business angels
In the article there are reviewed the special aspects of development of the syndicated deals involving business angels in Russia and abroad. As a result of series of interviews and surveys as well as analysis of theoretical sources and statistics the following definitions have been given: the nature and concept of a syndicated deal and syndicate of business angels, its structure and form of activity. Furthermore there were outlined the prospects of development of venture syndication in Russia and suggested ways of improving the legal regulation.
