Настоящая работа посвящена вопросам развития организационных форм взаимодействия субъектов инновационной деятельности, позволяющим организациям участникам кластера принимать активное участие в развитии совместных инновационных процессов. В работе показаны методы организации альянсов кластерных организаций для преодоления ресурсной и организационной ограниченности отдельных участников кластера для развития и коммерциализации технологических разработок. Показаны причины, приводящие к качественным организационным отличиям стратегических альянсов и организаций, входящих в инновационный территориальный кластер.
