Impact assessment of mergers and acquisitions in innovative sphere

Mergers and acquisitions deals are effective instrument of innovative company’s development, that allows to optimize its activity within several directions simultaneously. The purpose of the study is systematization of the indicators of impact assessment of mergers and acquisitions from stock market, finance, production and intellectual capital perspectives. Management of innovative company is able to influence these indicators and to raise the effectiveness of M&A. The system of recommendation is regarded within the research
