Regions of advanced development of new business practices EnergyNet
This article describes innovative approaches in the framework of regional initiatives for the development and implementation of new energy technologies. The authors show that in order to bring technological innovations to successful market products, it is important to have such an infrastructural element as platforms or regional clusters of advanced development of new business practices, on which real consumers and real service providers have the opportunity to try out new forms of organization of activities, new approaches to the organization of economic relations based on technologies of the next way in the energy sector. The article substantiates that in the context of the implementation of the program «Digital economy of the Russian Federation» it is expedient to develop and implement special projects of the full innovation cycle for the development of technologies and practices of digital energy on the basis of several regions
