Innovative Approaches to the Solution of Infrastructure Problems of Sustainable Development of the Russian Power System
Based on assessment of a current state of power, its technical, technological and organizational aspects, authors sounded actual problems of a current state of a power complex of Russia, created in the course of restructuring and the subsequent functioning of power. The solutions of this problems are offered. This solutions can be a basis for development and creation of necessary tools and mechanisms of economic support with using of institutes of the state power policy and state-private partnership.
