The Research of Innovative Environment for Formation of the Generating Companies Strategies in the Electricity Market

The paper studies factors influencing on formation the generating company innovative strategy in the wholesale market of electricity and power, using the graph theory and expert analysis. The authors propose the factor model, that reflects the structure of the strategy in formation innovative environment parameters and describes their the most important relationships. Study shows that the composition of factors depends on the regional distinctions.
