В статье рассматривается зарубежный опыт использования государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) как универсального инструмента для решения самых разнообразных задач в инновационной сфере — от создания и развития инновационной инфраструктуры до разработки и адаптации новых перспективных технологий, повышения эффективности взаимодействия между участниками инновационного процесса. Анализируются причины растущей популярности применения механизмов ГЧП для стимулирования инновационных процессов в постиндустриальной экономике; факторы, влияющие на эффективность использования данного инструмента; основные формы государственной поддержки и современные тенденции развития проектов ГЧП в
научно-технической и инновационной сферах. Делается вывод о том, что инструменты поддержки кооперационных связей между всеми участниками национальной инновационной системы — государством, коммерческими компаниями, научными организациями, вузами, международными партнерами — должны играть центральную роль и в отечественной инновационной политике нового поколения. Приводятся примеры применения соответствующих механизмов в России
