Assessment and development of the system of cooperation ties between organizations in biotechnological innovation clusters
A structural analysis of the infrastructure of national biotechnological innovation clusters in Russia has been carried out. Features of the infrastructure of biotechnological clusters and barriers to innovation in them are shown. The analysis of the factors influencing successful development of biotechnological innovation clusters is carried out, and the model of development of the innovative infrastructure that contributes to the development of cooperative links between innovative clusters is proposed
