Analysis of Financing Instruments Using for Scientific and Innovative Activity
The analysis of the use of financing instruments of science in Russia and abroad has been performed. With the use of available statistical data it was demonstrated that for cost-effective scientific activities of the minimum amount of domestic expenditures on R&D per researcher is about $100-150 thousands/year. Given the experience of other countries measures to improve the efficiency of financing instruments of science in Russia were suggested.
