Radars with Transmitters-of-Opportunity. Part 1: State-of-the-Art
The paper deals with passive coherent radars used noncooperative transmitters such as radio broadcasting, TV broadcasting, cellular network transmitters. The aspect of the contemporary passive coherent radar is shown.
