Strategy of innovation development the human capital of agricultural sector of Russia
The article analyzes the main trends in the formation and development of the human capital of agrarian sector. The classification of the factors of human capital development of the agricultural sector is given. A multifunctional model of the human capital of the agricultural sector is proposed. A management mechanism of the human capital of the agricultural sector is proposed, which includes a set of measures to ensure its innovative development; recommendations for the improvement of organizational support for human capital development of the agricultural sector in the context of food security are given
