Experience in the use of crowdsourcing to finalize the IT strategy of the organization

The article is devoted to the possibilities of using crowdsourcing to defining the promising directions of developing IT-division of company. The essence of crowdsourcing is defined, the benefits of its use in the process of finalizing the strategy for both the organization and employees are highlighted. On example of Sberbank analyzed the possibility of using crowdsourcing in development the strategy of IT-division for the period up to 2018.
