Structural Problems of Russian Innovation System: Technology Capacity of Industries

Recent years have seen a considerable amount of official statistical information on innovation activities in the Russian Federation. These data are not of an ideal. Nevertheless, they reflect trends and the proportion of development of innovations in Russia. In recent years, more studies are devoted to the interaction of the structural component of the national innovation system. The interest stems from the fact that at the macro level can not be identified causal relationships that determine the dynamics of processes within industries, technological units, departments, regions, and, therefore, agree on the conflicting interests of business and political groups. In Ref analyzed the state of technological innovation in the sectors of the Russian Federation on the basis of one of the most important characteristics of the balance of innovative activity sectors - the ratio of product and process innovation.
