New Model for Multilateral EU-Russia Cooperation in the Sphere of Research and Innovation under ERA-NET Scheme
This article builds on a previous article entitled «Multilateral EU-Russia Cooperation in the Sphere of Research and Innovation Development: New Trends and Prospects» published in the magazine «Innovatsii», no.10, 2012. It comprises an overview of the ERA.Net RUS project which aims at intensifying and strengthening S&T cooperation between Russia and EU by the coordination of MS/AC S&T programmes towards and with Russia. A set of recommendations are presented on how to strengthen the international S&T and Innovation cooperation under ERA-NET scheme.
