As an Additional Professional Education - the Central Issue of the Reform of Professional Education

The article deals with the reform of the system of additional vocational training and the transition from state accreditation for an independent evaluation of the quality of programs and additional professional certification of professional qualifications. The author is showing the strategic directions of Continuing Professional Education and the experience in the creation of the Academy of the system with internal regulatory documents that will replace the rules have to be cancelled by the law «About Education in the Russian Federation».
